How to Measure

1 Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest — keep the tape measure close under the arms.
2 Waist Measure around your natural waistline.
3 Hips Measure from 20cm below your natural waistline.
4 Inside Leg Measure from the very top of your inside leg down to your ankle bone.
5 Collar Size Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around the base of the neck where the collar would sit. Ensure approximately one finger's gap between the tape and the neck for a comfortable fit.
